The Intersectional Self” at the 8th Floor Gender and feminist politics take center stage in this exhibition, a product of what the press release calls “the age of trans-identity.” Work by artists including Andrea BowersPatty ChangAbigail deVilleGenesis Breyer P-Orridge, and Martha Wilson will examine how our understanding of gender, notions of femininity, and the family structure has evolved over the years.
