Latinx Storytelling Across All Genres

Thursday, October 1, from 7 to 8:00pm

Join Latinx and the Feminist Press in Publishing’s Zakiya Jamal as she leads a dynamic conversation with five acclaimed writers across all genres to discuss their process, the future, and how, in their writing, they have broken free or reshaped the various Latinx stereotypes portrayed in media.

Authors include: Veronica Chambers (Shirley Chisholm is a Verb!), Roy G. Guzman (Catrachos), Roberto Lovato (Unforgetting: A Memoir of Family, Migration, Gangs and Revolution in the Americas), Juli Delgado Lopera (Fiebre Tropical: A Novel) and Claribel Ortega (Ghost Squad).
