Join Friends of Materials for the Arts for a conversation with artist and sculptor, Lars Fisk and architect and designer of the September 11 Memorial, Michael Arad.

In a live presentation, Fisk will show the sustainable living details of his unique home in Red Hook, Brooklyn,made from four shipping containers and ecologically sourced materials. Michael Arad will contribute his architectural and design expertise to guide and moderate the conversation, and share his perspective and experience in designing eco-friendly architecture.

MFTA invites guests to attend the discussion, which will be live streamed on YouTube. Attendees may take part in the conversation by submitting their questions for Fisk and Arad during the virtual event.*
